The problem

EFENA Jewelry had built an audience and real demand on social media. What was missing wasn’t awareness: it was somewhere the urge to buy could become a paid order.

• Every intent to buy went through a private message
• Payment was negotiated case by case
• No visibility on which products actually drew interest
• Enquiries arriving at night or at the weekend were lost

Our answer

We built an online store designed for buying from a phone: a clear catalogue, product pages that both tempt and reassure, a short checkout, and the payment methods actually used in Côte d’Ivoire.

On the team side, orders arrive structured: product, quantity, contact details, delivery status. No more piecing them back together from conversations.

Two extensions written for them

The standard store wasn’t enough. We developed two custom WordPress extensions: Efena Speed, which optimises images, CSS, JavaScript, caching and fonts so the catalogue stays fast on a mobile connection; and EFENA Bulk Ship, which reads the orders and changes their status in bulk instead of one at a time.
