Customers established in Côte d’Ivoire: services are contracted, invoiced and collected by NOVAXIS SARL U, an Ivorian company registered with the Abidjan trade register under number CI-ABJ-03-2026-B13-09749.

Customers established outside Côte d’Ivoire: they are contracted, invoiced and collected by Novaxis Group LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, which owns the Convosia brand.

In both cases the site is published and operated by NOVAXIS SARL U: it publishes novaxisgroup.tech, and it is the entity verified with the platforms requiring business verification. The invoice you receive names the entity issuing it.

NOVAXIS SARL U is the group’s Ivorian company, registered with the Abidjan trade register under its own number. It publishes and operates novaxisgroup.tech, and handles development, support and the technical operation of the services.

It does not contract directly with customers of this site: ordering, invoicing and payment collection are handled by the contracting entity described in the previous section.

This is stated so that the Abidjan address appearing on this site and in our correspondence explains itself, rather than appearing to contradict the American registered office. Full details of that company are given in section 01.
